Alderley Watches is delighted to dispatch anywhere in the world for FREE. In the UK we usually dispatch via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery. Our cost of Post & Packaging usually varies depending on the value of the item, to incorporate the appropriate level of insurance.
All our shipping methods include insurance for your peace of mind, and all items that we send out REQUIRE A SIGNATURE on delivery and we therefore cannot deliver to P.O.Boxes. Cancellation and Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 14 days after you receive the goods, providing the goods have not been modified in any way and providing they are returned with the original packaging and providing the goods are in a resalable condition.
 
Please make sure to inspect your watch to see that it is in perfect working order before wearing or removing any tags or factory tape. Once a watch has had its tags removed or has been worn or sized we cannot accept a return. If, after wearing or sizing your watch, you notice that there is a mechanical problem, we will do our best to repair it under our warranty. We cannot accept the return of any watch that has been worn or sized under the premise that it was received that way. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the watch upon receipt to ensure that it is in perfect working order, before wearing.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address shown below. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.

In cases when the return is a result of an error made on our part (and only in those cases), we will refund the item's price & the full shipping costs. If the item you have received is faulty or incorrect, please email us in order to arrange a quick replacement. Please ensure you send the parcel using any traceable method, the items are your responsibility until they arrive at our returns department.
